Today, let’s practice adverbs and expressions of frequency!!!

We use adverbs of frequency –  like sometimes, usually or never –  to say how often we do things, or how often things happen.

I always eat rice and beans for lunch. But I eat eggs twice a week.

I almost always watch volleyball on TV. I never play volleyball, though.

    I need to exercise to have a healthy life! I get up early in the morning and I usually go to the gym four times a week to exercise, do aerobics and do weight training. Sometimes I go swimming at home.
